On a monohull, you get involved in the sailing and work closely as a team, providing a more intimate and energising conference experience. Perfect for those who want to challenge themselves, learn new things and experience the Mediterranean in a whole new way. We take care of all the planning and logistics so you can focus on your team, new ideas and the overall experience.

Sailing & Teamwork
The sailing begins with a confidence-building introduction and continues with instructor-led sessions where everyone who wants to can take an active part. Team exercises and an optional regatta strengthen cooperation and create energy in the group.
on board or ashore
You can choose whether to hold your conference, meetings or workshops on board or on land. On board, there are inspiring meeting areas with refreshments laid out, and if required, meeting rooms in the harbour can be used as a complement.
Food & drink
Breakfast, lunch and snacks are served on board, while dinners can be enjoyed on board or at a restaurant ashore. Drink packages can be added, and meals become natural gathering points during the trip.
Logistics & service
A certified crew takes care of navigation and service, so you can focus on your team. We take care of all the planning, arrange your flights and transfers, prepare your cabins and ensure smooth logistics throughout your trip.
Activities
Elevate your fast-paced sailing conference with popular add-on activities – a lively regatta between your boats, wine tasting, a barbecue evening in the harbour, or maybe a playful SUP race?
Optional extras
Add on SUP boards, wine tasting or a fast-paced team challenge, or capture your team on film with photos and video. We can also arrange water bottles, tops, towels or flags customised with your logo.

Stay aboard a modern monohull
Your accommodation during the conference
During your conference trip you’ll stay comfortably on board the catamaran, with each cabin shared by two people. We sail well-equipped, comfortable yachts which accommodate up to ten people with exclusive occupancy. Is yours a larger company? No problem – then we’ll take several boats and sail together. If someone doesn’t feel comfortable sharing a cabin or staying on board the boat we are happy to help book a hotel or Airbnb.
With this package, you’ll sail a monohull to experience real sailing – we’ll help you find the right boat for your company's needs. Usual facilities onboard the boats include toilets and showers, AC, Wifi, charging facilities, fully equipped kitchen and large social spaces. Please check with your sales representative what is included on your particular boat.
