How does a bareboat charter in Greece work?
When is the best time to go sailing in Greece?
Sailing season in Greece runs from April to October. Charter a yacht with More Sailing in the Dalmatian region near Split – a popular region to sail, with a varied archipelago and sheltered bays.
May–June is perfect for those who prefer quieter harbours, comfortably warm temperatures (around 22–28°C) and lower prices. The sea is almost ready for swimming in. July–August is the high season with hot weather (30°C+), lots of boats and harbours and villages at their liveliest. September–October still offer warm breezes and water, but fewer tourists. An ideal period for those who prefer more space, and often lower prices too.
