Perfect for those who want to challenge themselves, learn new things and experience the Mediterranean in a whole new way. We take care of all the planning and logistics so you can focus on your team, new ideas and the overall experience.

Your accommodation during the conference

During your conference trip you’ll stay comfortably on board the catamaran, with each cabin shared by two people. We sail well-equipped, comfortable yachts which accommodate up to ten people with exclusive occupancy. Is yours a larger company? No problem – then we’ll take several boats and sail together. If someone doesn’t feel comfortable sharing a cabin or staying on board the boat we are happy to help book a hotel or Airbnb.

With this package, you’ll sail a monohull to experience real sailing – we’ll help you find the right boat for your company's needs. Usual facilities onboard the boats include toilets and showers, AC, Wifi, charging facilities, fully equipped kitchen and large social spaces. Please check with your sales representative what is included on your particular boat.

FAQs

Your questions answered

How do I book a conference trip on a yacht?

Send us a request and we’ll provide you with a quote that’s tailored to your specific needs. Book early so we can provide you with the best possible conference trip. Many companies book about a year in advance.

Are food and drink included on conference trips?

Please see below for details of the food and drink that is, and isn’t, included on our conference trips: Food and drink can be adjusted to suit allergies and dietary preferences.

Included:
- Breakfast and lunch during the trip on board the boat.
- Drinks on the boat (soft drinks, wine and beer).
- Dinner at a restaurant, excluding drinks.

Not included:
- Drinks in restaurants and on shore.

What happens in the event of cancellation or amendment?

In the unfortunate event of having to cancel a trip, this must be done in writing by email.
In the event of cancellation, the following costs will be charged:

– If the entire group cancels after a binding agreement, the registration fee will not be refunded.
– If the trip is cancelled less than 40 days before departure, 100% of the price per person will be charged.
– When individual travellers cancel a booking, only the variable components of the trip’s price are refunded; therefore, the flight ticket, the individual’s part of the boat rental, fixed operating costs for the boat, and personnel costs are not refunded.

What does a conference trip cost?

We are often asked what a conference trip with colleagues abroad costs. The investment required for your staff to undertake a conference trip abroad varies depending on the purpose, requirements and content.

We usually work from the following price guide:
We would usually work on the basis of 10 people on board a yacht with skipper and host, breakfast, lunch, drinks and more, for 4 days – Saturday to Tuesday or Wednesday to Saturday. Based on this, the price would be from approximately 1250 EUR per person excluding flights (price varies depending on factors including time of year, the boat and number of people).

What safety equipment is on board the boat?

Onboard the boat there are life jackets, fire extinguishers, lifeboats and first aid equipment.

What type of activities are available during the conference?

There are lots of fun activities to suit your preferences. We have previously arranged sailing races/competitions with several boats competing against each other, wine tastings, SUP races and other fun team building exercises.

Are team building or boat activities included in the conference package?

When you book a boat for a conference, it is at your disposal for the entire period and you can come up with fun activities on the boat at no additional cost. However, if you’d like to add other activities on land such as wine tasting or similar, there will be an additional cost. We can of course help you book these activities if you’d like us to!

What should I pack for a conference trip?

Packing for a sailing trip is much like packing for any other holiday in the sun. Keep in mind that sunlight reflects off the water around the boat, so it’s a good idea to bring extra sun cream or a shirt/sarong and good sunglasses. Make sure you also pack a soft bag you can easily fold up and put away on the boat; hard cases take up a lot of space in the cabins.

Good to have with you:

Computer with accessories
Conference material
Sunglasses
High SPF sun cream
Hat or cap
Swim shoes or sandals
Shoes for wearing on board the boat should only have light-coloured or white soles, though it’s always best to go barefoot
Insect repellent
A few swimming costumes
Books and games
Snorkelling equipment
Seasickness tablets (if you tend to get seasick)
Light raincoat or windbreaker
Spare beach towel (one towel per person is provided. Sheets and pillowcases are also included)

Psst: It’s a good idea to pack a change of clothes in your cabin bag in the unlikely event that your checked luggage is delayed. It may be useful to have a few clothes, swimsuits and a toothbrush in your cabin bag.

How many people can one boat accommodate?

We have boats that take up to 12 passengers plus crew. It’s not a problem if your group is bigger than that – we can just add more boats!
