What is included in a private sailing trip?
Every sailing trip with a skipper and host includes:
Qualified and certified skipper with local knowledge and extensive sailing experience
A host who serves breakfast, snacks, lunch and fika including all drinks on board (beer, wine & non-alcoholic)
A berth in a double cabin on the boat
Bed linen and towels
Other boat expenses such as port fees, LPG and diesel
Additional costs for you as a guest are evening meals ashore and spending money for any shopping or other purchases during the trip.
What’s it like to sail with a skipper?
A sailing trip with a skipper is the perfect holiday if you want to relax and enjoy, but also take an active part in sailing and other fun experiences. The skipper steers the boat, is responsible for safety, and helps to plan the route. Our skippers are not only professionals, they also know where to find the best islands, restaurants and bays for swimming. The skipper sleeps on board the boat but always has their own cabin, and is available whenever needed.
In addition to extensive sailing experience, our skippers hold certifications such as the Coastal Skipper Examination, Boat Skipper licence C and Short Range Certificate (SRC) licence. All our staff undergo thorough training arranged by More Sailing in Sweden and Croatia.
What’s it like having a host on board?
On board the boat you are in safe hands with the crew; they take care of everything and make sure you’re having a good time. Meals on board the boat are prepared and served by the host, so you can relax and enjoy the trip. Our sailing trips always include breakfast, lunch and a drinks package (water, soft drinks, wine/beer with meals). You will eat dinner ashore in the harbour towns and villages we arrive at in the evenings, and these are at your own expense. Don’t hesitate to ask for tips on the best local restaurants – we’ll be happy to share our favourites!

Can I hire a stand-up paddle board (SUP)?
If you want to, you can hire a SUP for your boat. Let us know and we’ll see what’s available!
We tailor the route to you
A day together on board
Morning
A new day at sea starts calmly with a morning dip in the crystal-clear water, followed by breakfast served on deck. While you wake up at your own pace, your host prepares coffee, fresh fruit and a generous breakfast.
Mid-Morning
When everyone is ready, we set sail towards the day’s destination. If you want to get involved in the sailing you’re more than welcome – otherwise you can sit back and enjoy the breeze and the view. Time to read, sunbathe or just be in the moment, while the boat carries you onward.
Lunchtime
At lunchtime we anchor in a sheltered, turquoise bay. The aroma from the kitchen is wonderful when food is served on board. After lunch you can swim from the boat, snorkel or go out on an SUP board. Simple. Relaxed. Just as it should be.
Afternoon
Later in the afternoon we reach the day’s destination – a charming harbour or a quiet natural bay. You head ashore for a walk or dinner, or stay on board and watch the sun set over the sea. These are usually the best kind of evenings – together.

When you book a private sailing trip, you will have a skipper and host for the whole week, exclusively for your group. The skipper plans the route with you, and is responsible for navigation, safety and all the practicalities such as harbour fees and logistics. The host takes care of meals, setting the table, and life on board.
Your group can sit back and enjoy a stress-free week – or take part in the sailing if you want. Everything is taken care of. The whole week is yours.
